Make the Vibra Fit a part of your healthy lifestyle

We all know fad diets and over-the-top exercise regiments don’t stick. The key to losing weight and getting fit is making sure you do it in a smart and sustainable way.

Your Vibra Fit can play an important part in getting started.

Consult your health care physician

Before starting any lifestyle change or using new exercise equipment, it’s important to get the expert opinion of your healthcare physician. If you suffer from any abnormal health issues or are pregnant, it’s especially important to make sure you get the greenlight from your doctor before working out.

Start slow

When you using the Vibra Fit, make sure you warm up so your muscles get a chance to loosen. Check out our DVD for a great warm up with Olympian Julia Murray (Link to DVD page). Use the various speeds/intensity levels on the Vibra Fit to suit you. We recommend starting off with just using it for 10 minutes, on the lowest speed, twice a day. Again, it’s important you consult with your health care expert before using the Vibra Fit or embarking on a new fitness routine.

Eat a balanced diet

It’s no secret that the key to leading a healthy lifestyle is to make sure you eat a balanced diet. Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats, lentils/beans and healthy, protein-packed grains like quinoa. Or why not try a healthy drinks like a fresh green apple and spinach smoothie?

Drink water

It’s all about the H20. You should drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day to keep hydrated and keep your mind and body feeling energised. Try adding a little twist to your water bottle by adding a few fresh raspberries or lime slices with ice to give it a little kick.

Challenge yourself

Set targets early on. The targets don’t just have to be how much weight you need to lose, but also a commitment to exercising on the Vibra Fit every day for 10 minutes. If you achieve the target after one month (with no cheating!), give yourself a treat like a spa day or a night out at the theatre. Remember, it’s important you consult your health care expert before you begin so they can advise you if your goals are realistic and healthy for you!

Buddy up

Find a friend that wants has similar healthy lifestyle goals as you. Work together and encourage each other to stay on track.

Store your Vibra Fit where you can see it

Don’t store your Vibra Fit in a brimming closet or messy garage. The Vibra Fit easily tucks underneath your bed where you can see it every day. If it’s stored where you can see it every day, you’re more inclined to use it and achieve the healthy lifestyle you’ve always wanted.
